He was also known to hop through IP's to vandalize articles (The IP's often begin with 188, 37, 5, 77, 83, and 90). After being blocked, he would often swap for another IP or create a named account. January 2016 yet another proxy and user account was used alongside the MediaWiki, Yoruba Wikipedia, Japanese Wikinews as seen here and was blocked by Infinite0694.
