This is a view of Taj Mahal from a window opening of Agra Fort. The Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan who built this beautiful architecture in the memory of his late wife Mumtaj Begum, spent his last few years in imprisonment in the Agra Fort by his son Emperor Aurangzeb. Then the old Shah Jahan passed his time staring at the Taj Mahal with the memories of his beloved wife from a window of his cell in the fort. Taj Mahal is in the other side of river Yamuna from the Fort.
